At Eataly London, we had the opportunity to showcase our expertise by customising the hoods and providing them with stylish finishes that blend seamlessly with the unique design of the space.

This bespoke approach not only enhances functionality, but also ensures that the ventilation system complements the aesthetics of the environment, creating a cohesive and polished look.

Focus on Low Profile Hood

KSR hoods are ideally suitable for frying and grilling hubs equipped with medium-duty electric appliances.

KSR hoods are installed closer to the cooking appliances. This, the smoke, steam, and heat released are then captured more efficiently.
The Capture Jets combined with a capture “at closest from the source” reduce the exhaust airflow rates to the lowest possible level.

  • Ideal for frying and grilling hubs.
  • Drastic energy savings thanks to reduced airflows.
  • Savings on exhaust plenum and ductwork cleaning thanks to lower formation of grease deposits.
  • Improved visual comfort and color render for the food.
