Sam has been working for Halton for just over 1 year and is the Strategic Business Unit Director for SBU Anderson and Halton MEI USA, Inc.

“Over the last year, my main task has been initial factory set-up and ramp-up for our U.S. based manufacturing operations. This has included capital equipment installation, establishing process capability, ERP implementation, obtaining critical certifications, and most importantly, hiring the outstanding team of individuals at Halton MEI USA, Inc. that have made this project possible.

Led by Sean Grigsby, Halton Marine has had an established sales presence in North America for several years. However, by establishing manufacturing operations based in the USA, we are able to continue providing our customers with the highest quality products that Halton is known for while increasing our ability to provide our North American based customers with the service and intimacy that we pride ourselves on.

2025 is a ramp-up year for Halton MEI USA, Inc. The factory is open and manufacturing Halton products and the team is working hard on obtaining additional certifications, expanding our capabilities, and introducing additional product lines. It is going to be a busy year and we look forward to providing the high quality products and service that Halton is known for.”
