Meet Ramona Paula, working at Halton Foodservice GmbH in Reit im Winkl since 2019. Originally trained as a house painter, she now serves as a welder and is part of the company’s works council as vice-chair. Precise work in production is crucial to ensure smooth installation on site. She places great importance on accuracy and creativity, consistently surprising all her colleagues.
