Meet Peggy Salmon, who has worked in Halton’s Foodservice Marketing Department for over 13 years, supporting European marketing. Her office is located in Halton Béthune.
She started her journey at Halton in 2008 as a temporary employee in logistics, she then moved to purchasing and finally joined Marketing.
What is your link/contribution to customers?
“In my day-to-day work and digital marketing, I try to use social media and web content (internal and external) not only as a customer engagement tool, but also as a mean to foster a sense of unity and collaboration among colleagues.
My aim is to increase the brand’s visibility to customers, but also to have a positive impact on colleagues’ team dynamics. By facilitating content sharing and recognizing team achievements, I want to help create a positive and collaborative working culture.
Also, our Béthune Halton Innovation Hub hosts many of our colleagues with their customers from all over the world, and being associated with it allows me to welcome them and make them feel at home”.
