Meet Nikola Zunic. Nikola joined Halton on October 22, 2022, after working in Sweden with Instabox as a service technician and installation specialist. At Instabox, Nikola coordinated the installation and maintenance of lockers across Sweden, growing the network from 300 to 4,600 units, and later taking part in service coordination. This role allowed Nikola to introduce first-line support, which streamlined processes and improved efficiency.
When seeking new opportunities, Nikola applied to Halton via LinkedIn and went through three interviews, impressed by the welcoming and supportive work environment described by Rickard Hedberg. ‘’Halton care about people’’, Nikola says. These positive impressions played a significant role in Nikola’s decision to join Halton.
