We are dedicated to staying agile and taking the lead in growing our sustainability handprint while reducing our environmental footprint and continuously improving our operations’ sustainability. In 2024 our engagement scores are clearly higher than the industry average. Our goal is to be among the leading companies in terms of employee engagement globally.
Enabling Wellbeing Through Professional Success
Professional success is an essential part of wellbeing. New Haltonians are welcomed with an induction program tailored to their role to get them up to speed. We define clear expectations for every position. Everyone has defined objectives at individual and team level. Further to help people succeed in their current role and grow for future challenges all Haltonians have development plans. When development plans are properly done, they become a foundational element of well-being at work. Great development plans require clear expectations and well-justified feedback to build upon.
