Halton’s product range includes Airflow management dampers for variable and constant air volume ductwork systems. They comprise zone-controlled dampers (MDC), zero leakage dampers (CID-01), adjustment, balancing, and control dampers available with rectangular multi-blade (UTK) and single-blade (PTS) circular ducts. In industrial facilities, these dampers not only regulate and control the airflow to ensure optimal performance but also contribute significantly to energy efficiency, aligning with your sustainability goals.

Halton offers measurement units for accurate airflow measurement in rectangular (MSA) and circular ducts (MSD). The measurement is either based on dynamic pressure difference created by prope pipes or by pressure measurement sensors (MSS) with a digital display of the actual pressure value.

The type CID-01 Isolation Damper has been specifically designed to meet the tightest shut- off requirements of the industrial and nuclear markets, where isolation of ducting for filter replacement or duct inspection is required, without shutting down complete systems.

KBD – Exhaust hood balancing damper (ETL)

UL Listed – The KBD exhaust hood balancing damper allows for multiple hoods connecting to a common exhaust duct to be balanced both accurately and simply while ensuring the proper exhaust airflow for capture and containment of cooking effluent for each hood section.

ABD – Automated Balancing Damper for kitchen ventilation (CE)

CE marked (UKCA pending) – The ABD balancing dampers are a vital component of M.A.R.V.E.L. energy saving technology for commercial kitchens. They are used to automatically adjust in real-time the exhaust airflow rates depending on the cooking activity. This feature allows for independent adjustment of each Capture Jet™ hood section or area of ventilated ceiling tied to a common duct and fan system.

Available in various rectangular modular sizes. The shut-off tightness is class 1 according to EN 1751.

UTG – Gastight shut-off damper
